I don’t want to merely provide a service to my clients. I want to create long-lasting relationships with people who know and trust me, and who will return to me every time they need an agent – and any time they simply want advice or information.
Toward that end, I take the time to give my clients the all the information and guidance they need to make sound decisions. I want them to understand each step of the buying or selling process, and what each of their decisions means to their future. I also want my clients to call any time they have a question or concern, so I always answer my phone or return calls within the hour.
Once the decisions are made, I negotiate fiercely to protect their interests. And once under contract, I stay on top of every transaction, making sure all goes smoothly.
Although my contracts with both buyers and sellers make it clear that they are free to cancel at any time, that doesn’t happen. My clients know that they are safe with me protecting their interests.
Along with real estate knowledge, I bring my clients something extra. I hold a Master’s degree in interpretation from Chuvash State University, in Russia. I speak Russian, English, and Chuvash, and can translate German.
